Company: We are a Bangalore-based international fashion wear e-commerce brand Job Summary: We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Picking & Packing Associate to join inventory, quality checking them, packing them securely, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This role includes overseeing order fulfillment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring quality standards for shipping. **Responsibilities**: - Accurately pick items based on order lists and prepare them for shipping. - Pack products to consistent standards and with care to prevent damage during transit. - Label packages with correct shipping information. - Ensure orders are complete, correct, and meet quality standards. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, ensuring it is stocked with necessary materials. - Assist with inventory counts and stock organization. - Check products for quality and report any damaged items. - Track package till delivery. - Co-ordinate with shipping agency to ensure orders are picked up on time and highlight any delays in delivery. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent, but additional training or experience in warehouse operations will be a plus. - Attention to detail and good organizational skills including an ability to multi-task. - High energy levels and the ability to think fast and work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic math skills for counting and inventory tracking. - Good communication and organizational skills including an ability to multi-task - Proficiency in Excel and inventory management software. - Interest in fashion and good English writing/speaking skills will be an advantage Work timing: 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday, Saturday - half day) Location: Indiranagar **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
