**Role Summary**

As a MOC staff nurse, you should provide high-quality care to patients in a center. You are responsible for initial patient assessment, monitoring patients' vital signs, and nurturing patients to recovery.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**

**A) Patient Experience**
- Admits and discharges the patient.
- Ensure patient waiting times are maintained as per given standards
- Ensure patient feedback forms are fully filled by the patients/relatives
- Ensure google reviews are taken for the centre as per the given target
- Implements and maintains ward policies and routines.
- Co-ordinates patient care with various health team members.
- Observes change in-patient’s condition and records, takes necessary action and reports to the concerned authority.
- Imparts health education to the patient and his/her family.
- Accompanies patients sent to other departments or transferred to other institutions.

**B) Management Information System**
- Ensure to share accurate data to reporting manager

**C) Miscellaneous**
- Performs technical task, e.g., administration of medication, assisting doctors in various medical procedures, preparing articles and the patient for medical or nursing procedures, recording vital signs, tube feeding, giving enema, bowel wash dressing, stomach wash, eye and ear care, collection and sending of specimens.
- Helps doctors in diagnosis and treatment.
- Maintains intake and output chart.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- BSc Nursing/ GNM
- At least two years in hospital/daycare Center
- Ability to comprehend verbal instructions given by the supervisor or head of the department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
