**Key Responsibilities**

1. Enter data into computer systems with high accuracy and speed.

2. Verify data for errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies and correct as necessary.

3. Update and maintain existing data in computer systems.

4. Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.

5. Conduct quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

6. Generate reports as required.

7. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

8. Should have good knowledge of Google sheets

**Requirements**:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of data entry experience preferred.

3. Skills:
a. High-speed and accurate data entry skills (minimum 30 wpm).

b. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Advance Excel.

c. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

d. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

e. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Physical Demands: Ability to sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
