**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Assist with project management and special initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Provide administrative support to other executive team members as needed.
- Utilize ChatGPT and similar LLM tools to streamline communication and enhance productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new technologies.
- Proficient in using ChatGPT and similar Large Language Model (LLM) tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience using project management tools like JIRA or Trello or Notion.
