The CAD Designer is responsible for producing accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software. They will collaborate with product developers, engineers to create designs that meet specifications and requirements for manufacturing, construction, or development. The role requires expertise in CAD software, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate design ideas clearly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create CAD Drawings**: Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings, blueprints, and models for projects based on specifications, measurements, and requirements.
- **Collaborate with product developer/ engineer**: Work closely with engineers, higher officials to ensure designs meet project goals and industry standards.
- **Modify Existing Designs**: Update or modify existing CAD designs based on changes or improvements suggested by the team or clients.
- **Ensure Accuracy and Compliance**: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all drawings and ensure that designs comply with technical specifications, regulations, and safety standards.
- **Prepare Documentation**: Provide technical documentation and reports to support design decisions, manufacturing processes, or construction plans.
- **Quality Control**: Review and verify drawings for consistency, quality, and accuracy before final submission.
- **Software Management**: Use and maintain CAD software tools (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and keep up to date with advancements in CAD technologies.
- **Communication**: Present design concepts and updates to internal teams, clients, or stakeholders as needed.
- **Assist in Prototyping and Testing**: Support the prototype or sample creation process by adjusting designs to accommodate testing or manufacturing needs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience** as a CAD Designer or in a related design role.
- **Proficiency** with AutoCAD, SolidWorks software.
- **Strong understanding of design** principles and manufacturing processes.
- **Attention to detail** and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- **Ability to interpret technical specifications** and produce accurate designs.
- **Strong problem-solving skills** and ability to think critically about design challenges.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree** in Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Experience in **specific industries** such as construction, or product development.

**Work Environment**:

- This position typically works in an office.
- Work is often performed during regular office hours, though flexibility may be required for project deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
