**Digital Marketing Associate (2-5 years exp.)**:
Location: Chennai or Bangalore

We are seeking a skilled **Digital Marketing Associate** to collaborate closely with our Marketing Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing who is eager to drive impact across global campaigns and contribute to Corporater’s growth.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Take a lead on the planning, QA, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization of subscriber engagement and lead nurturing activities.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for event campaigns, subscriber newsletters, drip campaigns, and content refurbishing.
- Collaborate with designers to develop templates, test, and execute relevant creative assets.
- Work with Events, Social, and MarTech teams to execute regional and ABM initiatives.
- Analyze data to assess engagement rate and report performance.
- Monitor conversion of key assets and landing pages and run redirection or A/B tests to improve the audience experience.
- Work in synergy with the rest of the Corporater Marketing team to identify new opportunities and ways to improve demand marketing.
- This position is based out of our office in Chennai or Bangalore.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Business Administration or Media/Communication.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience (preferably some international exposure).
- Strong competence in content/copywriting.
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
