**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Dispense prescription medications to inpatients and outpatients.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and availability of drugs.
- Maintain accurate records of medications issued.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, interactions, and appropriateness.
- Provide drug information and advice to medical and nursing staff.
- Participate in ward rounds and clinical audits where applicable.
- Educate patients about correct medication usage, dosages, and side effects.
- Monitor patients for adverse drug reactions or allergies.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and national drug policies.
- Manage stock levels, orders, and inventory of pharmaceuticals.
- Prevent expired or obsolete drugs from being used.
- Ensure compliance with narcotics and controlled substance regulations.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain documentation for audits, licensing, and accreditation.

**Educational Requirements**:

- **B.Pharm/D.Pharm**with KPC

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
