- If you're a working professional in OTC domain who have worked on SAP ERP- preferably in collections management and have a deep understanding of upstream and downstream of Collection/Exceptions, we're looking forward to interact and discuss this opportunity with you._
- Responsibilities_
- _Research and analyze the disputes/deductions in ERP_
- _Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/ info for dispute/deductions resolution_
- _Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements_
- _Daily reporting of individual portfolios to track and monitor the past dues_
- _You should implement collections strategy to reduce the past due Research and resolve issues in a manner to expedite all cases in order to avoid any adverse customer impact_
- _You are a phenomenal teammate to process any adhoc request in a timely manner._
- _Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners’ inquiries quickly, effectively and expertly_
- _Call out problems to senior staff members and or management as appropriate._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Graduation in any stream_
- _Your are excellent in interpersonal skills_
- _You have Meaningful work experience_
- Preferred Qualifications_
- _Prior collections management experience shall be an added advantage_
