**Position Overview**:
A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company or brand's products and services online. They play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies**:

- Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Management**:

- Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and optimized content.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Design and implement social media strategies tailored to the brand and audience.
- Monitor, engage, and grow the company's presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- **Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising**:

- Manage paid digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others.
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
- Create actionable reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Collaborate Across Departments**:

- Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising.
- Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
- Expertise in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web development tools (preferred but not mandatory).
