DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Box-Office / Concessions / Ushering.

1. To effectively operate the software system SHOWBIZZ generating revenue.

2. To follow correct cash handling procedures and revenue collection as per the polices and procedures laid down: Procedures include:
a) Collection of Revenue

b) Maintaining a cash float

c) Self audits

d) Recording maintaining and dropping revenue reports.

3. Effective patron handling which will involve:
a) Handling queries regarding film content, rating, show times.

b) Facility related queries.

4. Ensure highest level of integrity towards organization & patron.

5. Will ensure revenue maximization and correct handling of the food and beverage by following: Cross Selling - Up selling - Merchandising - Seat Service.

6. Ensure the highest hygiene standards for the concession area and its equipments.

7. Will be responsible for handling the telephone system assisting patron queries, tele
- sales and ticket deliveries, by reducing call time.

8. Will have to study the layout of all the auditoriums & attend the patrons ensuring they take the correct Auditoria & their respective seats as per the ticket no.

Qualifications: HSC / Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management & Computer literate.

Age: 18 - 25 yrs.

Work Experience: Freshers with zero to one year experience in Multiplex, Hospitality,

Retail & Allied industry would be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
