Client Servicing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand client needs and colloborate with in-house Ops team in office.
- Maintain strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth client experience
- Assist in developing client engagement strategies
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Very Strong ENglish communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (mandatory)
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or client management (preferred)
