**Roles and Responsibility**
SalesForce Developer
- 4+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience
- Experienced in working for end-to-end Salesforce Implementations starting from requirements gathering, analysis, designing, coding and documentation using Agile models ( CI/CD, Sprint)
- Product Development experience using Apex, Visualforce & Flow
- Knowledge on Salesforce objects Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Search Language (SOSL).
- Working Knowledge on LWC.
Salesforce Tester
- 4+ years of Salesforce Testing (Manual / automation )
- Experience in Agile Testing Process
- Understand customer requirements
PEGA Developer
- experience 5 + years of experience in Pega PRPC
- experience in Development of Flows like Process Flow and Screen Flow
- Worked on Declarative rules in Declare Expressions, Declare Trigger and Declare On change
PEGA Tester
- 4+ years of PEGA Testing (Manual / automation )
- Experience in Agile Testing Process
- Creating test plans, defining test scenarios, test case design, Requirement Traceability Matrix, test data identification, test data setup, Test case execution, defect tracking, defect reporting, etc
- Understand customer requirements
