**The opportunity**
As a writer at Prime Club you will be writing well research articles about different SaaS platforms. The role requires you to write powerful, persuasive product deal copy that sells. You will also be researching and writing use cases, editing copy provided by team members, polishing jokes and phrasing, and adding minor HTML.
The job requires you to think about what the potential customers want so that you can conceptualize, create, and edit posts to make it as easy as possible for potential customers to make an informed decision about buying our product.
As part of our content team, you'll work with Prime Club's partner companies to help explain the benefits of their platform through compelling copy that aligns with our unique brand voice.
This role requires a skilled writer who's detail-oriented, deadline-focused, and Twitter-funny (i.e., great with one-liners and quick quips).
**What you’ll be doing**
- Working alongside our design and marketing teams to deliver engaging content
- Writing in-depth reviews about different SaaS companies and writing listicle articles regularly.
- Writing captivating, informative, and humorous promotional text that will increase engagement and sales for our e-commerce platform
- A steward of our brand voice: creating copy that is consistent with our style and copy guidelines
- Communicating with our partner companies to make edits & adjustments to the copy based on their feedback
- Maintaining a balance between partner satisfaction and adherence to our brand voice and guidelines
In the first three months of this role, success means adapting to our style of copy, effectively editing reviewed work, and delivering copy on time.
**Must-have skills**
- In-house experience with a tech company is preferred.
- Experience writing humor and following style guidelines
- Preferred experience in project management tools like Asana/Trello
