**Job Title**:

**Compensation**: Basic Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Offline Marketing & Branding Initiatives**:

- Execution of marketing campaigns, including the distribution of pamphlets and posters.
- Coordination and installation of hoardings at relevant clinics and locations.
- Setting up and managing location-specific branding activities
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with local gynecologists, fertility clinics, and rural healthcare centers.
- Develop partnerships to drive referrals and consistent lead flow.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**:

- Generate quality leads and references through clinic engagement.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term referral points.
- **Awareness & Outreach Activities**:

- Conduct informative sessions and awareness campaigns on IVF treatments and technologies.
- Engage with the community to educate and create brand presence.
- **Travel Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions for clinic meetings, sessions, and follow-ups.
- Experience in healthcare marketing or field sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
- Willingness to travel and work independently.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
