As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Ecommerce Executive to join our team.

**Job Summary**:
The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the online presence and sales of our Men's and Kids' Casual Shirts through various digital channels. This role will require expertise in digital marketing, online merchandising, and customer experience. The Ecommerce Executive will collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to drive growth, enhance the user experience, and meet sales targets for the brand.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- **Ecommerce Strategy Development & Implementation**:

- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive online sales for Men's and Kids' Casual Shirts.
- Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, trends, and market demand to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create promotional campaigns tailored for ecommerce.
- **Website Management & Optimization**:

- Ensure the website is up to date with product listings, accurate descriptions, and the latest promotions.
- Optimize product pages for SEO to increase organic search visibility.
- Maintain a seamless, user-friendly online shopping experience for customers across all devices.
- **Inventory & Order Management**:

- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are updated accurately on the ecommerce platform.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability for online customers.
- Work with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing, packaging, and timely deliveries.
- **Sales Performance & Reporting**:

- Analyze sales data and generate reports on ecommerce performance, sales trends, and customer behavior.
- Track and report on KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and return on investment.
- Use insights to refine strategies and optimize product assortment and merchandising.
- **Digital Marketing & Advertising**:

- Implement targeted advertising for Men's and Kids' Casual Shirts on various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on results.
- **Customer Service & Experience**:

- Ensure an excellent customer experience by responding to online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback to address issues and improve the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to handle any issues related to returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- **Product Photography & Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality product images, videos, and content for the website and social media.
- Ensure product descriptions are accurate and compelling to drive customer engagement.
- **Market Research & Product Launches**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends, technologies, and consumer preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and assist in the online launch of new Men's and Kids' Casual Shirt collections.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- **Online Sales Growth**: Achieving a target growth percentage for ecommerce sales of Men's and Kids' Casual Shirts on a quarterly basis.
- **Website Traffic & Conversion Rate**: Driving consistent increases in site visits, while improving the conversion rate of visitors into customers.
- **Customer Satisfaction & Retention**: High levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business, as measured through feedback, surveys, and retention metrics.
- **Inventory Accuracy**: Maintaining accurate inventory levels and minimizing product stockouts or overstock issues.
- **ROI on Digital Campaigns**: Meeting or exceeding targeted returns on digital marketing investments, measured through improved customer acquisition, engagement, and sales metrics.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or retail.
- Experience in managing online retail platforms (Amazon, Mesho, Flipcart,Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ecommerce management tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
