**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries via chat and voice channels promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information related to products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues.
- Resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher support levels.
- Maintain customer records and document all interactions in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, AHT, FCR, quality scores).
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and system changes.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong typing speed and computer literacy.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

**Experience**:

- Experience in a customer service role (chat and/or voice).
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

- Hindi (preferred)
