
Front Office Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain meeting room availability.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Maintain records of visitor logs and client inquiries.
- Provide information about properties and direct visitors to the appropriate team member.
- Support sales and marketing teams with basic coordination work.
- Ensure the front office complies with company standards and branding.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of receptionist or front office experience, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly
**Languages**: Fluency in English and local language(s)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
