**Job Description:

- **

1) Analyze indent and float enquiries to vendors.

2) Prepare Rate comparison, Final Negotiations and finalize PO.

3) Follow up with vendors and manage material in timeline.

4) Coordinate with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.

5) Maintaining the supplier database, purchase record & related Documentation. (GRN, Test certificates, Quality Reports etc.)

6) Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

7) Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

8) Training new employee in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.

9) Managing maintenance of office /manufacturing equipment and machinery.

10) Develop new vendors and ensuring that they will meet all standards and policies of company.

11) Prepare MIS reports.

12) Prepare weekly indent tracking report.

13) Managing Vendors payment, cost estimates and monthly budget.

14) Coordinate with accounts team for reconciliation of ledgers on quarterly and monthly basis.

15) Check monthly stock statement and submit to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
