Accounting Faculty

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**:

- Develop and deliver undergraduate and/or graduate-level accounting courses.
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Utilize various teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
- Maintain office hours to provide academic support and advising to students.
- **Research**:

- Conduct original research in the field of accounting.
- Publish research findings in reputable academic journals and present at conferences.
- Seek external funding and grants to support research activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals on research initiatives.
- **Service**:

- Participate in departmental, college, and university committees.
- Contribute to curriculum development and program assessment.
- Engage in community outreach and professional service activities.
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career goals.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with advancements in the field of accounting.
- Pursue continuous improvement in teaching and research practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
