**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement robotics curriculum and develop lesson plans that incorporate theoretical concepts and hands-on activities.
- Update course content to include advancements in robotics and STEM education.
- Mentor students during competitions, exhibitions, and science fairs.
- Encourage problem-solving, critical thinking and innovation during project work.
- Manage resources such as robotics kits, tools, and software.
- Ensure students adhere to safety protocols when working with equipment.
- Assess students’ progress through assignments, projects, and tests and maintain records of the same.
- Organize workshops, guest lectures, or field trips to inspire students.
- Manage the inventory of robotics equipment and order supplies as needed.
- Communicate with parents about students’ progress and achievements.
- Collaborate with other educators to share resources and strategies.

**Required Qualifications Educational**: Masters/ Degree/Diploma in Robotics, Electronics, Computer Engineering, IT, Mechatronics

**Work Experience**: Min 3 years as a Robotics trainer in a reputed school.
