Executive - Operations

We are looking for an Executive - Operations that will handle the following:
- Checked and verify that all vendors’ invoices as per our tariff, after checked send to HO for further clearance.
- Tracking of incoming & sailing vessels.
- Maintain record of import & export containers.
- Before arriving vessel complete all necessary documents & prepare sets to be submitted at customs.
- Prepare all relevant documents & passed from customs before arriving FTP containers.
- Filing and keeping records of all sailing vessel documents.
- Consulting with CFS & repair vendor to placement.
- Consulting with customers at the time of issuing form-6 & containers allotment if raise any issue.
- An optimal use and adaptation of communication techniques depending on the person and situation
- Consulting with Team & surveyor for long standing containers.
- Send vessel load report after vessel vessels sailing.
- Send equipment projection report on weekly basis.
- Send outside feeder report, neutralization report, active reefers report, upgrade report, MNR analysis report, vessel IMP/EXP DGS/IRS report, sublease out report, inland haulage report on monthly basis.
- Send additional charges after vessel sailing.
- Send placement report to concern CFS of under repair containers.
- If found any discrepancy in repair estimate then check physical & solve with vendor.
**Requirements**:
You will need to have:
- Academic education: Graduation is must
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Operations
- Experience working in Shipping
- Excellent control of country’s local language and business English
