**Position**: Head of Department (Social Studies)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the Social Studies department, ensuring curriculum delivery and academic standards.
- Mentor and manage department staff, promoting professional development.
- Develop and implement the SST curriculum in line with school policies.
- Monitor teaching quality, student progress, and assessment practices.
- Manage department resources and collaborate with school leadership.
- Organize departmental meetings and provide regular feedback to staff.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Social Studies or related field.
- Minimum [X] years of teaching experience; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and curriculum development skills.
