We are looking for an **enterprising individual **with the ZEAL to manage reservations and guest experience in Jaipur.Also develops strategic action plans for hotels to drive measurable, incremental experiences revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- A clear understanding of hostel operations & the concept
- Developing SOPs for quality standardisation
- Ensure the constant delivery of excellent guest and customer service.
- Take ownership of the Guest Journey & engagement
- Curate guest experiences in the city and outbound to optimise both revenue and guest experience
- Daily, weekly, and monthly auditing & reporting to senior management
- Deal with customer complaints & reviews in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. - OWN AND SOLVE
- Lead collaborations with content creators & nearby businesses
- Be obsessed with guest experience and operational excellence, everything always has to be on TIME
- Develops relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
- Lead community development of the property and revenue optimisation via the same

Pre requisites:

- A driven individual who is digitally savvy ( any knowledge of digital marketing will be preferred )
- Extrovert with exceptional communication skills ( Knowledge of the youth travel market )
- Passionate about Travel and experiences
- Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Prior knowledge of social media management tools & content creation
- Prior knowledge & experience in working on Channel managers and OTA extranets preferred
- Knowledge of working on CRM software ( EZEE ABSOLUTE, CLOUDBEDS etc )
