**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media including social media posts, banners, brochures, logos, websites, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and produce designs that meet campaign objectives.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Modify and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and design best practices.
- Prepare final artwork for printing or digital publication as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premium Pro, InDesign), CorelDraw, or other graphic design tools.
- Excellent understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout design.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience in designing website elements.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and the role of design in successful campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 0 to 7 years of experience in a ticketing or travel-related role
