**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management**: Help manage and grow our social media presence by scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- **SEO Optimization**: Support SEO initiatives by conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and tracking website performance.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience insights to inform marketing strategies.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement new marketing ideas and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.) is a plus.
