Receive phone calls and attend to customer queries (guide customers on

packages on offer)

Take phone bookings and allocate the bookings to staff

Co-ordinate service visits between service staff, taxi, etc.

Follow-up with customers for service confirmation

Make follow-on repeat visit calls to customer

Co-ordinate customer feedback

Manage office administration

Liaise with product suppliers and maintain price and reorder lists of products

Skills/Experience

1-2 year exp in customer service role

Education HSC Pass

Good at speaking English (preferably schooling from English medium school)

Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel in particular)
