Ctp Operator

**1. CTP Machine Operation**:

- Operate and monitor the CTP imaging machine for plate production.
- Load job files and calibrate settings as per the plate requirement.
- Ensure proper exposure, imaging, and development of offset plates.

**2. File Handling & Prepress Check**:

- Receive final print-ready PDFs from the design/prepress department.
- Check file resolution, imposition, crop marks, registration marks, etc.
- Ensure the job file matches the printing specification (size, bleed, etc.).

**3. Quality Control**:

- Inspect the plate for scratches, stains, alignment, dot quality, and imaging errors.
- Maintain plate registration accuracy and image sharpness.
- Reject and report defective plates before printing.

**4. Plate Management**:

- Label, record, and store plates properly for identification and reuse if applicable.
- Maintain plate inventory (blank and used) and requisition when required.

**Qualification & Skills Required**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a CTP environment.
- Knowledge of software like Adobe Acrobat, RIP Software (e.g., Kodak, Esko, Heidelberg), Imposition tools.
- Basic computer operation and file handling skills.
- Understanding of offset plate chemistry and safety.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
