**Urgent requirements for Inside Sales Manager**

**Experience: 2.5 yrs to 3yrs (EDTECH EXPERIENCE PREFERRED)**

**Salary bracket: Upto 7.5 lacs + Good Incentives**

**Key Responsibility Areas**

1. Should be comfortable to do 150 Dial outs a day. Cold calling experience required.

2. Call and engage with pre-generated leads via outbound calls & develop in-depth knowledge of product & services. No lead generation activities required.

3. Achieve realistic sales targets by new customer acquisition and ensure growth / revenue from existing customers.

5. Listening and negotiation skills.

6. Comprehensive knowledge about products.

7. Time management skills.

8. Opportunity to become team leader within a shorter span of time. Completely performance based.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelors in any field.

2. Highly motivated and target driven.

3. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

4. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

5. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,658.96 - ₹38,287.81 per month
