Responsibilities*
- Evaluate user requirements and product requirements in collaboration with senior designers, product managers and engineers
- Successfully hand-off UI designs to developers and support developers to ensure product quality
- Participate in interactions with personnel within different teams
- Back up your design suggestions with knowledge of best practices, industry research and commonly known UX issues
- Ensure the usability and quality of the interfaces you design
- Design for accessibility standards
- Take low-fidelity concepts to a high-fidelity level prototype
- Adhere to existing design systems
- Write flawless micro copy

Skills*
- B.A. in one of the following fields: digital design, visual design, interactive media, interaction design or similar.
- Min 2 years of work experience in digital design
- Proficient with Adobe XD
- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop
- Proficient with Adobe After Effects is beneficial but not required
- Experienced in user interface design for mobile apps
- Clear communicator who can work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
- An eye for detail
- Ability to meet deadlines at short notice when required
- Punctual and able to manage time well
- Motivated to critique and double-check own work as well as accept team critiques
- Familiarity with Human-Computer Interaction, design patterns and design systems
- Ability to self-motivate and meet daily project requirements from home
- Experience in UX research is a plus, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English
