**Job Overview**

We are seeking a motivated **Project Coordinator - Accessibility** to oversee and ensure the execution of accessibility projects in compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). The role involves close coordination with internal teams and vendors, ensuring content is accessible and inclusive for all users, including those with disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage project timelines, scope, and execution aligned with project management best practices.
- Analyze project requirements and liaise with the Project Manager for effective planning.
- Provide regular project status updates to reporting authorities.
- Support the implementation of accessibility best practices and WCAG compliance procedures.
- Ensure compatibility of digital content with screen readers and assistive technologies.
- Maintain and track project schedules, deadlines, and budget utilization.
- Manage accessibility remediation teams and monitor deliverables using relevant tools.
- Interact with potential clients to promote accessibility services and solutions.
- Document and validate accessibility remediation and testing in line with WCAG standards.

**Job Requirements**
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 year of experience in accessibility project management.
- **Knowledge**: Proficiency in WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
