**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed 2D floor plans, interior layouts, electrical plans, and furniture layouts using AutoCAD.
- Design and visualize interiors for real estate projects including sample flats, lobbies, clubhouses, and common areas.
- Work closely with the project and site teams to ensure alignment with the builder's vision and brand.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for sourcing furniture, fixtures, and materials.
- Prepare presentations and design proposals for client approvals and marketing use.
- Supervise execution at site and ensure timely completion of interiors as per drawings.
- Stay updated with the latest real estate trends, finishes, and material costs.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in real estate or builder firms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with 3Ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or Photoshop is a plus.
- Strong space planning skills and understanding of real estate layouts.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, modular furniture, and lighting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with site engineers and architects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
