As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a **creative and experienced Video Editor** to produce high-quality video content that engages and informs our audience.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Video Editing & Production**
- Edit and assemble **raw footage into polished, high-quality videos**.
- Create promotional videos, testimonials, explainer videos, and engaging social media content.
- Enhance videos with **graphics, animations, sound effects, and background scores**.

**2. Motion Graphics & Visual Effects**
- Design and integrate **motion graphics, transitions, and text animations**.
- Use **After Effects** and other tools to create compelling video effects and overlays.

**3. Content Optimization for Different Platforms**
- Adapt video content for **YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms**.
- Ensure all videos are optimized for **engagement, clarity, and brand consistency**.

**4. Collaboration & Project Management**
- Work closely with the **marketing and content team** to align videos with the brand’s messaging.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and **meet deadlines** without compromising quality.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and **industry best practices**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **3+ years** of experience in **video editing and motion graphics**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator**.
- Strong understanding of **storytelling, pacing, color grading, and sound design**.
- Experience in **editing videos for social media, YouTube, and online advertisements**.
- Ability to **work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects efficiently**.
- Knowledge of **camera operations, lighting, and shooting techniques** (preferred but not mandatory).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the **education or ed-tech industry** is a plus.
- Familiarity with **AI-based video editing tools** and emerging industry trends.
- Strong portfolio showcasing **past work in shooting video, video editing and motion graphics**.
