Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Trained Graduate Teacher (T.G.T.) for English to join our educational institution. As a T.G.T. - English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment, delivering high-quality instruction, and fostering the intellectual and personal development of students. Key Responsibilities:
Instruction: Deliver effective and engaging classroom instruction to students at the secondary level, ensuring that all students have access to the necessary knowledge and skills for academic success.

Assessment and Evaluation: Create and administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate student progress and achievement, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.

Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment that promotes student learning, participation, and positive behavior.

Student Engagement: Implement innovative and interactive teaching methods to captivate students' interest and make learning Business Studies enjoyable and relevant.

Differentiated Instruction: Tailor teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and backgrounds, ensuring all students have equal opportunities to excel.

Student Support: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students, addressing their academic and personal needs as necessary.

Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest educational trends, teaching methods, and technology, and actively participate in professional development opportunities.

Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians to discuss students' progress, academic goals, and behavioral concerns.

Extra-Curricular Activities: Encourage and participate in extracurricular activities related to English, such as clubs, competitions, and events, to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor degree in English.
- B.Ed. or a relevant teaching certification.
- Previous teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level is preferred.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools for effective teaching.
