Pte Trainer

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To ensure the availability of teaching content and resources
- Planning and preparing Mock-Test assessment papers and module specific reference
material for students.
- Planning the course of action as per the content road map in advance.
- Conducting classroom sessions of every nature and identifying weak students to plan and
execute the course of action for skill development.
- Suggesting changes or amendments in Content and conducting Day-Off sessions.
- Responsible for retention of Non-qualifiers and Drop-outs
- Meeting students and guardians for performance discussion and ensuring the maintenance
and record keeping of student’s exam feedback.
- Maintaining the decorum and conduct inside the premises.
- Maintaining and presenting the Day End Report to the immediate supervisor.
- Assisting in the promotional activities and conducting off-site sessions.
**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Minimum 70 PTE score required for this job PTE Trainer needs to have excellent command over the English Language
- PTE Trainer needs to have Impressive presentation skills.
- PTE Trainer should be able to teach with appropriate methodology to achieve the required score of the students
- Can teach all modules of PTE- Writing, Reading, Listening and Speaking PTE Trainer should conduct Mock Tests, giving proper feedback to students on required improvement areas
- PTE Trainer needs to be able to think out of the box and create new techniques to enhance the students performance Ensure basic training decorum and discipline in the class
- Maintaining basic administration on daily basis such as Students register Attendance record PTE Trainer should be able to conduct workshops.
- Excellent Pronunciation PSK (Public Speech Knowledge) Linguistic Phrases
- Excellent Accent and Voice Quality
- Excellent communication skills(Oral & Written both)
- Must be Well Presented & Confident
- Experience: 0.6 - 2 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
