**Responsibilities**:

- Editing and assembling raw footage to create compelling video content that aligns with the company's vision and objectives.
- Implementing creative and technical decisions to enhance the overall quality of videos, including but not limited to cutting, splicing, adding music, sound effects, and graphics.
- Collaborating closely with the production team to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensuring consistency and continuity throughout video projects, maintaining the company's brand identity and standards.
- Reviewing and providing feedback on drafts to achieve the desired final product, incorporating necessary changes as per feedback.
- Staying updated with industry trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve editing skills and workflows.
- Managing and organizing video files, assets, and archives for easy access and retrieval.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of edited videos.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- A keen eye for detail, storytelling, and a deep understanding of pacing, timing, and visual continuity.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and understand project requirements.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges in the editing process.
- A degree or certification in film studies, media production, or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹11,196.49 - ₹20,000.00 per month
