- Experience with compensation and contract negotiations
- Exceptional ability to be a player & mentor while driving recruiting results
- Expertise in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing
- A passion for learning, leadership and continued education
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Proactive attitude and work ethic

**Requirements**:
World Wide Technology India PVT. Ltd (WWT) has an opportunity available for a **Recruiter**, **US Staffing. **We are looking for seasoned US IT Recruiters who are **currently based out of Pune or Bengaluru.**

**Role: Recruiter (US Staffing)**

**Location: Bangalore or Pune only (Applicants can work remote from either one of the cities)**

**Important - We need applicants who are currently in either Bengaluru or Pune only**

**Work timings - Flexible to support CST (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) / PST (8:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST)**

**Essential Functions**
- Helps support the company's overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting and employee referrals.
- Responsible for learning and executing on WWT recruitment and staffing initiatives
Coordinates with resource managers to fulfil the business needs.
- Coordinates and conducts prescreening, technical interviews with resource managers.
- Expertise in US Visa (GC, H1B, L1, EAD, OPT, CPT) & Tax norms (W2, C2C, 1099) is mandatory
- Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
- **Meets management/ leadership objective and requirements as assigned throughout the year**:

- **Requires individual to be a team player within the Global Resourcing team.**:

- **Flexible working in CST (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) /PST (8:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST) hours
