**How is this Team contributing to the vision of Providence**:
**_What will you be responsible for?_**
- As a Software Development Engineer in Test Lead, you will build Manual & Automation frameworks, Functional, Performance, and Load tests for supporting projects._

**_What would your day look like?_**

**_As an SDET, you will:_**
- _Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing._
- _Create and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing._
- _Conduct in-depth performance testing to identify bottlenecks and ensure product reliability and scalability._
- _Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define quality metrics and ensure adherence to them._
- _Analyze test results, report bugs, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues._
- _Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies._
- _Ensure compatibility testing across multiple environments and platforms._
- _Mentor and guide junior team members in testing practices and automation strategies._
- _Understand functional requirements for the products and services, learn the depth of the healthcare domain, and validate and certify the products._
- _Conduct SPA testing, including SEO and Lighthouse report generation._
- _Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to validate and manipulate data during testing._

**_Who are we looking for?_**
- _Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering._
- _4-6 years of experience in in software testing roles with expertise in automation and performance testing._
- _Act as a final gatekeeper to define functional requirements quality criteria._
- _Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance._
- _Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment._

**_Required Skills and Expertise:_**
- **_Manual Testing:_**
- _Strong understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and defect lifecycle._
- _Expertise in functional, UI/UX, regression, and exploratory testing._
- _Web & Mobile testing with responsive design._
- _Hands-on experience with requirements analysis and test case creation._
- **_Automation Testing:_**
- _Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress._
- _Strong programming skills in Python, or C#._
- _Experience in writing and maintaining robust automation scripts for web, mobile, and API testing._
- _Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub actions & Azure DevOps._
- **_Performance Testing:_**
- _Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Locust._
- _Ability to design load, stress, and endurance testing scenarios._
- _Expertise in analyzing performance metrics and identifying system bottlenecks._
- **_API Testing:_**
- _Proficiency in tools like Postman, PyTest, Karate or RestAssured._
- _Experience in validating RESTful APIs and working with JSON/XML._
- **_Test Management and Reporting:_**
- _Hands-on experience with test management tools like Azure Test Plans, Zephyr or any suite of tools for managing test cases, executing tests, and tracking test results within your software development lifecycle._
- _Expertise in generating detailed bug reports and test coverage analysis._
