**Responsibilities**

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract potential tenants for our commercial properties.

Conduct market research to identify target audiences and their needs, and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.

Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, and online content, to effectively showcase the features and benefits of our commercial properties.

Collaborate with the leasing team to understand property specifications, availability, and pricing to effectively communicate and promote leasing opportunities.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads for potential tenants.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, tenants, and industry professionals.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new marketing opportunities.

Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on marketing activities, lead generation, and conversion rates.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.

Proficient in using marketing software and tools.

Strong analytical skills to track and measure marketing campaign performance.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of commercial property leasing processes and terminology is a plus.
