**What You’ll Be Doing (Roles & Responsibilities)**:

- Create financial models to evaluate potential new development or investments opportunities
- Research / Cross check assumptions made to prepare financial model, and to prepare sensitivity test
- Research various funding sources for debt, mezz or equity
- Prepare multi property presentation package for various funding sources
- Follow up with various funding sources to receive term sheet and help them with due diligence
- Obtain term sheets
- Obtain commitment letters
- Provide information required by funding sources to timely complete their due diligence
- Prepare and help to close financing with funding sources
- Manage future funding draws while project is being constructed
- Maintain all the records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments
- Monitor the cash-flow position and ensure adequate funds for operations
- Ensure submission of monthly reports which includes monthly profitability cash flow and balance sheet for each property
- Assist with review of contracts, preparing the budgets and suggest avenues for cost optimization
- Ensuring daily bank reconciliations / bank entries and correspondences with bank officials
- Preparing ad hoc reports and supporting the finance controller in day-to-day operations, along with other duties that may be assigned from time to time, based on the organizational requirements.

**What We Expect You To Have**:

- Minimum of Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce or Finance
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate Finance performing above responsibilities
- Must have outstanding quantitative skills
- Advanced PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), particularly Excel
- Must be professional, energetic, and positive
- Must be dependable, and capable to work independently and in team
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
