**Key Responsibilities**:_

**Social Media Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for multiple client brands.
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and stories.
- Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit short-form videos for social media platforms (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Basic video editing skills (cutting, trimming, adding basic effects, and music).

**Client Communication & Relationship Building**:

- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss campaign progress and address any concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

**Business Development**:

- Conduct tele-calling campaigns to reach out to potential clients.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present The Maven Stars' services.

**Stay Updated**:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and industry news.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
- Proven experience in managing multiple social media accounts for different brands.
- Strong video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Passion for social media and a strong desire to learn and grow within the digital marketing industry.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in using Google Analytics and other social media analytics tools.
- Experience in paid social media advertising.
- Experience with influencer marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
