**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- **Phone Handling**: Answer and route incoming phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff, addressing inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- **Mail and Package Handling**: Receive and distribute mail and packages, coordinating courier services as necessary.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room reservations.
- **Office Supplies**: Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring the front desk area is well-stocked and organized.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- **Security Awareness**: Maintain a secure office environment by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges when required.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**: Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- **Ad Hoc Responsibilities**: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
