**Office Executive - Accounts & Sales Department**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and report on **day-to-day sales** activities
- Track and follow up on **customer credit balances**:
- Prepare and send **customer account statements** regularly
- Manage **cash flow and fund flow** effectively
- Generate **accurate billing and invoices**:
- Provide support in **GST-related activities**:
- Assist the **Order Management team** with coordination and documentation
**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:
- Basic knowledge of accounting and sales coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (Tally preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- **Graduate** in any discipline
- **Minimum 1 year** of office experience
- **Age below 40 years**:
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Tally or other accounting software is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines

**Work Hours**: DAY SHIFT
