Skin Therapist

As a Skin Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare treatments to clients while also actively engaging in retail sales of skincare products. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in skincare procedures, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to sales.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments and procedures.
- Conduct thorough skin assessments to determine clients' specific skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product usage, and lifestyle habits to achieve optimal results and maintain skin health.
- Utilize your expertise to address clients' concerns and customize treatment plans tailored to their individual skin types and conditions.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room environment, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Actively participate in retail sales by recommending skincare products and providing personalized product consultations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service, follow-up communications, and personalized care.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets, promote special offers, and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
