**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Connect & Understand**
Have in-depth conversations with prospective students to explore their academic background, career dreams, and learning preferences.

**Guide & Match**
Recommend UG/PG programs that truly align with the student’s goals, strengths, and unique needs.

**Communicate Clearly**
Be the go-to advisor throughout the admissions process—offering timely updates, straightforward program info, and transparent tuition breakdowns.

**Build Trust**
Foster long-term, supportive relationships based on honesty, empathy, and a commitment to student success—not just numbers.

**Advocate for the Student**
Help students make informed, confident choices about their education and future.

**Requirements:

- **
- A bachelor’s degree in any field (backgrounds in education, counseling, or business development is a plus)
- 0-2 years of experience in student advising, educational sales, or academic support
- Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills
- A student-first mindset with a talent for building rapport and solving problems
- Strong organizational skills and the drive to help others succeed
- Experience with CRM tools and platforms is a plus

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
