**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Store Incharge or similar role in a factory setting, ideally in the manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge in tally.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Good verbal & written communication in English
- Good verbal communication in Tamil & Hindi

**Your Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring the quantity and quality of incoming materials.
- Generate Goods Receipt Notes promptly.
- Coordinating & communicating with the Internal team regarding daily needs, deliveries, and stock discrepancies.
- Keep detailed records of shortages, spare items, and regularly update stock levels.
- Perform regular stock Inventory.
- Oversee accurate picking and packing of client orders.
- Organize and send goods to vendors for job work.
- Keep track of packaging supplies and highlight the need for reordering.
- Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage and optimize processes related to materials handling and inventory control.
