Planning and Scheduling Maintenance The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for creating a maintenance schedule for the organization's equipment and facilities. This involves identifying maintenance needs, prioritizing tasks, and assigning them to the appropriate personnel or contractors.

Tasks

Coordinating Maintenance Activities: The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks. This includes working with contractors and other personnel to ensure that all equipment and facilities are maintained to the required standards. will be responsible for the regular maintenance activities in the absence of maintenance engineers as well as supporting them in their regular work.

Conducting Inspections: The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and ensure that all maintenance needs are identified.

Responding to Emergencies: The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for responding to emergency maintenance requests and coordinating the necessary repairs or maintenance activities.

Maintaining Records: The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities, including maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory.

Managing Maintenance The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing the maintenance budget and ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out within the allocated budget. He also will be responsible for coordination with vendors whenever necessary under the guidance of the manager.

Budget

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
