- You will be responsible for assessing and treating patients who come to the hospital for medical assistance.

- You will discuss treatment plans, explain medical procedures, and address any concerns or queries related to the patient's condition.
- In case of medical emergencies, you will be required to respond promptly and provide immediate medical attention.
- This may involve resuscitation, stabilizing patients, administering emergency medications, and coordinating with other medical staff to ensure appropriate care is provided.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records is essential.
- You will be responsible for documenting patient information, treatment plans, medications prescribed, and other relevant details in accordance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
- As an RMO, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as senior doctors, nurses, and technicians, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- You may be involved in multidisciplinary team meetings, participate in case discussions, and assist in surgical procedures as required.
- RMOs often work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to provide round-the-clock medical care.
- You will be expected to adhere to the assigned shift timings, report to duty on time, and hand over patient information to the incoming medical staff at shift changeovers.
