**Competency required: - Bachelors in commerce**

Responsibilities: - 1. Daily issue / receipt entry in the Stock Sheet.
2. Manpower planning as per the work load.
3. Taking care of the month end stock count of all the items including RM, Masterbatch, Semifinished, bought-out, consumables and cross-verifying the same against the ERP stock and rectifying the differences if any.
4. Responsible for daily material issue to moulding and assembly dept, material receipt from moulding dept. for semi finished items, material issue to projects, QC, moulding for trial and developments and completing ERP transactions related to this.
5. Responsible for daily and monthly reports as GRN report, monthly closing stock report, Non-Erp report, Quantity confirmation report, PMC report, third party metalised report, scrap report,

6. Entire responsible for scrap disposal from all the depts. of assembly, moulding, stores, QC as segregating the material category-wise as runner, article, metallised, corrugated boxes, grinding, grinding dust and weighing each bag and box and loading the stock in the scrap scrap vehicle.

7. Making space arrangements for all the stocks recd from vendor, supplier, SF recd from moulding and third party job-work vendors and proper stacking as per item-wise, batch-wise for easy and immediate tracking and locating.

8. Responsible for rejection material return to vendor on debit note as collecting the material from the assembly dept. once debit note recd from accounts, verifying the stock physically, coordinating with purchase for intimating to vendor and finally handing over the stock to the respective transporter with proper return documents.

9. The material should be issued to respective departments on receiving duly authorized requisition slips.

10. Receiving & checking incoming material as per invoice (Granules, Masterbatch, Packing Bags, Boxes & Tray)

12. Responsible for C- Type material (Stationery, Consumable, Packing Bags, Trays, Boxes) 13. Bin card Updation of Granules, Masterbatch, Boxes, Trays.

14. To prepare challan for outgoing material.

15. Monitor stocks which are going on lower end and informing same to purchase & planning department. 1

6. To prevent overstocking and unstocking of materials. 17. Work assigned by HOD

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
