**Job Title**: Fashion / Textile / Accessories / Print Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Research global and local fashion trends, colors, textures, and materials.
- Design and develop **collections for apparel, accessories, and home têxtiles**.
- Conceptualize and create **print designs (digital and hand-rendered)**, motifs, and surface embellishments.
- Prepare **mood boards, sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes**.
- Collaborate with artisans and production teams to translate designs into final products.
- Explore **sustainable fabrics, natural dyeing, and eco-friendly processes** for designs.
- Ensure **brand consistency** while adding innovative, market-ready collections.
- Assist in **photoshoots, styling, and visual merchandising inputs** when required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Accessory Design, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of **print development, surface design, and têxtile techniques**.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and CAD software.
- Creativity, visualization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects with deadlines.
- Passion for **sustainability, craft revival, and contemporary design**.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
