We are looking for highly motivated and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Sub-Agents on a commission basis. As an Insurance Sales Sub-Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying customer needs, and selling a range of insurance products to meet those needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products to meet those needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly sales targets and goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
**Requirements**:
- Proven sales experience in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Compensation:
- Commission-based with unlimited earning potential.

Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹55,260.23 per month
